Well, the day has come and gone. We had a ball! It was great being home and meeting up with everyone. An early look at some of the "official" wedding shots can also be found on John Reynold's blog. Click here to see them.

Below are some memories of the day from the paparazzi.

      Westport
      Getting there
Westport is approx 250km from Dublin or a 3.5 hour drive. Being winter, it may be snowing, raining, or hopefully, crisp and sunny but no matter the weather, there is a motorway and good roads almost all the way to Westport so driving shouldn’t be a problem. Click here for AA Route Planner.
Westport is also well serviced by daily trains from Dublin that take about 3.5 hours and costs approx 50 Euro round trip. Click here for Irish Rail timetables.

      About Westport
Westport is an historic, picturesque town with a population 7,000. The town is over 400 years old and is famous for traditional bars, music and shops. If you are spending a few days in Westport, there is plenty of things to keep you occupied from spa treatments and fine dining to gruelling treks, including the Croagh Patrick Pilgrim trail. For the less adventurous, Westport also has a championship golf course and lots of little shops and bars to explore.
